Improvements we are making:

  • We are changing the text, so it is plain and easy to understand.
  • Adding page titles to make it easier for our users to navigate our site, but most importantly also providing a sitemap.
  • Making the text of links simple so that their target is clear when they are read out of context.
  • Adding alternative text to images so that the information they contain is conveyed to those who cannot see them.
  • Ensure that foreground and background colours contrast sufficiently so that information is conveyed to those who have difficulty distinguishing colours.

Guidelines

Besides that, our main aim is to comply with the Web Accessibility Initiative Guidelines 2.0
