TRAINING
We currently offer three different levels of food hygiene training.
Food safety - a 4 hour course aimed at low risk employees or as a refresher
Food hygiene - a 7 hour course aimed at most food operatives
Intermediate food hygiene - a 4 day course aimed at supervisors, managers or staff working in high risk environments
All successful candidates receive a certificate.
Courses can be run in house or at our training centre in Lincoln
We also run open courses every month for individuals or businesses needing to train single employees.
