Achievements(2007)
- This year the company sent electronic Christmas cards to our clients, saving paper and envelopes, the money saved was donated to the local MS therapy centre in Lincoln
- Cavity wall insulation was fitted to our building reducing our electricity usage to heat the office and training room
- All possible light fittings have been changed to energy efficient versions
- We recycle our white paper through the local paper bank
- We recycle our cardboard through the council recycling scheme
- We recycle our laser cartridges directly through the Hewlett Packard recycling scheme
- We recycle our inkjet cartridges directly through the Hewlett Packard recycling scheme
- We have changed the format of our exam system leading to a 75% reduction in white paper usage
- We have re-designed our certificates (after consultation with our clients) leading to a 50% reduction in card usage
- We recycle our plastic bags through the local plastic bank
- We recycle our tin cans through the local can bank

- All old office computers have been replaced with energy efficient models with a power saving of 50%
- All old office monitors have been replaced with flat panel energy efficient models with a power saving of 15%
- Half of the old office printers have been replaced with energy star efficient models
- Company policy has been changed to ensure all printers are switched off at night rather than leaving on standby
